Canvas used is 2000 x 2000 px & A6 sized 350 dpi depends on the pose, and changeable by request
For Frappucino, Macchiato and Royal Milk Tea menu, format file given to customer are (.png) and (.jpg) with background included. You can request the transparent (.png) file of the character only (without the background)
For Milktea Boba Bites, format file given to customer are (.jpg) with white background and transparent (.png)
Every Frappucino and Iced Latte's menu purchase'll come with simple background. You can request with or without pattern. If you don't say anything about the background, I'll add what fits the result
Customer MUST provide pose references picture. Explanation text only won't be accepted
Character(s)'s references MUST be included and provided as detail as possible
Customer MUST provide the references within 1 month after booking the slot. After that, the booking will be considered canceled unless the customer has informing in advance about a delay in providing the references.
Customer gets 2x revisions on sketch phase, and 1x revision on coloring (base) phase. After that, you will be charged 10k - 20k /revision
Complete pose revision when the sketch is already on progress, will be charged with additional fee
Full payment after fixed sketch. Your order will be processed only after the payment is done
No major revision after the sketch is approved. So make sure to check and revised the sketch thoroughly before approving it
Payment is expected to be done as soon as possible after the invoice is sent
If payment hasn't been made for several days after the invoice was given, your slot will be skipped, and I will prioritize the next slot. This will impact your turnaround time, as your slot will be automatically pushed back and take longer to complete
No refunds are allowed once payments are received
No deadline since I can be really fast or really slow depending on RL's condition. I'll inform you if there's any trouble that requires me to postponing your order. But if you wish to set a deadline, it must be discussed first whether I'm able to do it or not. There'll be an additional "rushing" fee, ranging from 20k - 50k depends on the complexity and time span set from the deadline
I have the right to refuse your order if I feel incapable in doing it.
Finished result'll be posted as portfolio. Tell me beforehand if you don't want it to be posted.
Cancelling order when it's already on sketching or lining progress will be charged 50% from the total price
Cancelling order, whether it's already on progress or in waiting list, might resulted in being blacklisted
All orders are given a one-week warranty after the customer received the result. Which means when customer received the finished result and found that some minor detail such as color error within the one-week span, customer could ask for adjustment twithout being charged
