ARTIST RIGHTS AND POLICIES

^{NFT & AI training usage is strictly forbidden.}

^{I have the right to refuse the order if I feel incapable/not comfortable in doing it.}

^{I have the right to refuse or cancel an order if I receive rude treatment or words, or if I discover that the customer is speaking negatively about my art or commission behind my back.}

^{Finished results will be posted as a portfolio. Inform me beforehand if you want it to be postponed (e.g., waiting for a collab showcase) or if you prefer it not to be posted.}

^{Related to the previous point, a private commission (one that will not be posted at all—different from simply requesting a delayed post, such as waiting after a collab showcase, the character's birthday, etc.) will be charged an additional 50% fee based on the total price.}

CUSTOMER/COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTS AND POLICIES

^{Customers have no right to forbid me from accepting requests from others, including specific individuals (e.g., doubles, someone you had beef with, etc.)}

^{For personal use only. The finished result is free to use/post as a profile picture, header, or even print as a poster, art print, or photocard for freebies, trades, etc., with proper credit, as long as it does not involve commercial use. (Printing as freebies for your store is considered commercial use.)}

^{All orders are given a one-week warranty after the customer receives the result. If minor details, such as color errors or missing elements caused by my oversight are found within this period, customers can request adjustments without additional charges.}

^{If a customer needs a different type of finished file such as a transparent PNG, a background color/pattern change (only applicable to solid colors or patterns, not photobashed backgrounds), a different canvas size, or higher resolution (note: I’ll scale up all layers on a bigger canvas, but since it’s from the original smaller resolution file, some parts may appear blurred, etc.), feel free to ask whether I can do it, regardless of when you commissioned it (last month, last year, etc). It won’t be charged any fee as long as I still have the CSP file.}

CANVAS AND FILE(S)

^{The default canvas sizes are 2000 x 2000 px & A6-sized 350 dpi, depending on the pose. Changes can be requested.}

^{For Frappuccino, Macchiato, and Royal Milk Tea menu items, the provided file formats are (.png) and (.jpg) with the background included.}

^{For Milk Tea Boba Bites, the provided file formats are (.jpg) with a white background and transparent (.png).}

^{Every Frappuccino and Iced Latte menu purchase includes a simple background. You may request a pattern or opt out. If no preference is stated, I will add what fits the result best.}

REFERENCES

^{Customers MUST provide pose reference images. Text descriptions alone will not be accepted.}

^{Character reference images MUST be included and as detailed as possible.}

^{Customers MUST provide references within 1 month of booking the slot. If not, the booking will be considered canceled, unless prior notice is given about a delay in providing references.}

REVISIONS

^{Customers receive 2 revisions during the sketch phase and 1 revision for coloring, color adjustments, and/or effects during the finishing phase. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee starting at 10k.}

^{Major changes to poses or clothing during the sketching process will incur an additional fee.}

PAYMENT AND REFUND

^{Full payment is required after the sketch is approved. Orders will be processed only after payment is received.}

^{No major revisions are allowed after sketch approval. Please check and revise the sketch thoroughly before approving it.}

^{Payment is expected as soon as possible after the invoice is sent.}

^{If payment is not made within several days after receiving the invoice, your slot will be skipped, and the next slot will be prioritized. This will affect your turnaround time, as your slot will be pushed back and take longer to complete.}

^{No refunds will be given once payment is received.}

^{If I am unable to complete the order and I am the one canceling, a 50% refund will be given if I have already started coloring, and a 75% refund if the sketch is completed but not yet colored.}

DEADLINES

^{No set deadline, as my speed varies depending on real-life circumstances. I will inform you if any issues arise that require me to postpone your order.}

^{If customer wishes to set a deadline, it must be discussed in advance to determine whether I can meet it.}

^{Deadlines of 2 months or more will not incur a rush/priority fee.}

^{Deadlines of <1 month will incur a rush/priority fee starting at 30k, depending on complexity and time constraints.}

^{The countdown to the deadline starts when references are provided. Even if you book a slot 2+ months in advance, if references are submitted <1 month before the deadline, the rush/priority fee will still apply.}

CANCELLING/CANCELLATION

^{Canceling an order during the sketch phase will result in a charge of 25-50% of the total price, depending on the progress made.}

^{Canceling an order during the coloring/finishing phase will not be eligible for a refund.}

^{Canceling an order, whether in progress or on the waiting list, may result in being blacklisted.}
